I engaged Inventor Group with my idea 19mths ago, I have a detailed and rather complex product idea hence why it's taking so long. Manny has been extremely professional and helpful with back and forth communications with various international suppliers and factories. I recently had the pleasure of working with Manny & his team at Inventor on a product (finishing it off from a failure with previous Engineer) for my business

Manny was lovely to deal with initially however it all went downhill after that.I briefed Manny on what my idea was and he sent over a proposal in terms of timings and costing. We went back and fourth in terms of what was and wasn't possible. I essentially sent over all the idea/concepts from what I had seen in the market (as he said it wasn't possible initially).I was told that in stage 1 that I would be provided an estimation of how much it will cost to produce my idea so that I was able to use that information to decide whether it was feasible and to continue ahead with my idea.I'll tell you what $2,000 + gst got me - a poorly written report from Ana, which majority of the 'report' consisted of ideas/comments that I had provided to Manny/Ana over email. I essentially paid an exorbitant amount to have them put my suggestions/ideas onto 3 'pages'. There would be less than 500 words altogether, which was information that wasn't new to me.They had the audacity to ask if I wanted to continue with the project and pay another $2,000-$3,000 + gst to 'research' it.Honestly, I'm too embarrassed to even show the report to anyone and tell anyone how much I paid for this 'report'.Reply to Manny: you’ve definitely work on my project however I don’t see any point in contacting you about it as I don’t want to read excuses or justifications for the shocking low quality provided by your company.

Consumer BEWARE . Consumer BEWARE.They could not build a box with a sealing lid for $6700.00 and the time it took them to build whatever you call that thing I could have built a house.They convinced me my original injection mould idea was floored and not worth building .They said ,let our proffessionals build you a flat pac design, it is better than your original !I was concerned the flat pac would not seal . They convinced me they could make it just as I wanted.They discovered the flat pac design was a Complete failure.They then went back to my original idea and said PAY MORE MONEY and we will build this and sent me a photo of an OLD esky with a drain hole as thier second prototype .I paid over $6700.00 for a worthless piece of junk.They said my prototype was tested and worked this is an impossibility please look at the photos. That lid is supposed to seal .I asked for some money back and was refused outright.I asked for certificates of employees they claim are engineers etc I was refused.I asked for completed detailed work plans I was refused.Currently taking legal action through small claims.I personally do not recommend this service .Do your own research .Please feel free to contact me over my experience .
