Just ordered a quarter pounder, specifically asked them to make sure it had pickles as my last 2 orders didn't have them. Got home n once again no pickles, no mustard. Burger consisted of a dried out meat Pattie. Tomato sauce, cheese n a couple of pieces of raw onion. Worst Macca's ever. Disgusting

Worst run maccas in Townsville, staff can be rude when asked to fix an order, 9 times out of 10 the frape machine is broken, no cream I asked they put cream on, ask me to move to stop sign out of sight so they can scrape cream off an im allergic, pay good money and they stuff orders cut corners, close shop in the am for an hour or so they say machines down, I think it's a poorly run store. Only 2 staff Go above and beyond for you.

Disappointed because I had purchased my food. I then asked for a cup of water and the staff member (whom was clearly manager/supervisor) gave this big spiel about how he shouldn't be giving away cups of water and all this other nonsense as if I was asking him to sacrifice his first born.

Went into Rasmussen around 9:30, ordered a Medium McChiken meal with a vanilla coke with cheese. The cheese was paid for, but was not on the burger. Chicken was also dry. I also ordered a Large Triple cheeseburger meal with a coke, pattie’s were dry on both the cheeseburger and triple. Also ordered 24 nuggets and some nuggets where undercooked and dry. Wasn’t a pleasant experience, definitely needs to pick up on their game when making food. Although customer service was a pleasant experience.

I ordered 4 large meals for my boy his mate and another 2 friends and they didn't get there fries it was on the docket but apparently the chick who served me said she didn't charge me for the fries which was her stuff up so I had to pay again for the chips singularly and at $4:45 per chips that's pretty bad when the boys revieved em I had some they were cold and were just dry and Terrible..

Drive thru order. Find the staff friendly and quick but the food was very old. McDonald's charge too much to serve such bad quality food. The meat on our burgers was clearly in the UHC for a long time and was overdone, dry and old.

to work out how to get to the drive-thru.ready but no I'm sitting waiting in the car park next to the other people that are waiting. It's not a perfect world I know. Just makes you wonder hey. The bun was very fresh and they have the Australian flag flying which I like.
