Slowest drive thru service on the planet. Always a ridiculous long wait time. Slow service. How long does it take to put pre cooked food into a bag. I've decided never to go to this store again. And red roosters value for money is extremely poor. Small portions of tasteless food. Quarter chicken is the size of a quail bird.

We wont be going there again. Ordered chicken and chips. I think they must have cooked a pidgeon it was so small. The chicken was so dry I couldnt even eat it. I felt like bringing it back and putting it on the counter and saying you eat it.I wish I had done that.

1 star because I can't select 0.20 minute wait, large chips are smaller than a small chips, what a joke!!!! Such a rip this place... check the photo, that's what I opened to when I got home

The last 3 orders I placed have been wrong. Staff needs more training and should check orders before handing them over.

HORRIBLE.My family dined in last night, and the food was awful. when I asked the staff to correct the order they rolled their eyes.I understand it can be tough when its busy, but it wasn't busy.SERVING UNDERCOOKED FOOD IS SICK.

Today I brought a family chips and a whole chicken and the chips were under cooked and soggy like they had been sitting out all day they need to be cooked abit longer other red rooster restaurants I’ve been too the chips are nice and crispy..

Gravy is the consistency and taste of swamp water. Dry, aged, brown-fleshed chicken, like an ancient, mummified relic of a bygone age.Store refuses to answer their phone so they don't have to account for their errors and mistakes.Not the first time I've been unable to contact them.

One of the Worst experience of fast food I’ve had in a long time. Firstly they forgot my large drink then once giving me my order forgetting my large chips. I started to eat my chips straight from leaving the store and they were soggy and oily so were very undercooked and I wasn’t about to line up again and ask for fresh as I was just hungry. So once I got home (2 mins later) I opened up my burger to find the bun was stale, hard and falling apart without even picking it up. The cheese was hard from being over cooked in a microwave I assume. And the lettuce is brown. I’ve put the chicken in a wrap from home with home ingredients(way better than the garbage I payed for)Not worth my money Ever again. Disgusting!

I placed an order with Red Rooster Beechboro in WA. I did not receive the usual SMS to confirm and track delivery. The store would not answer their phone when I rang. It was over an hour since I placed the order and I have no way to get any information. Essentially this store has taken money and not provided the goods and this is nor the first time they have done so. They also regularly get the order wrong.
