The Staff were very lovely and kind. We had received some news that shook us a bit but Dr. McVeigh and everyone we dealt with were very professional and caring

Reception and Accounts staff very pleasant and helpful. Dr was very thorough and gave the time to listen and confirm symptoms. At no point did I feel rushed, professional and personalised service.

I took my elderly mother today to the practice and staff are very efficient, know their roles and how to use the computer systems very well. Waited 5 minutes to see the doctor who was friendly, compassionate and professional.

We have only just moved into Hamilton and recently needed medical attention.We were delighted with the friendly, professional approach , kindness and the treatment we received from the doctors.Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Staff are great at the front desks . Didn’t get to explain to doctor what I wanted help with

Based on several appointments over the past year, some (not all) receptionists are very short-tempered and unhelpful, making me and others feel uncomfortable. The last appointment I had, I let the first receptionist know that I was here, waited for ONE HOUR then asked if something had changed... she forgot to sign me in and I had to reschedule with no compensation for something that was not my fault.

Adequate but not friendly or welcoming.Intake procedure is long and unnecessary.Provided all personal details during a preliminary phone call then received a text demanding the exact same details to be entered into an online form. Did that as well and received another text demanding that we enter out bank details into a hot doc" and threatened that our appointment would be cancelled if we did not do so.within 90minutes Rang Accounts and had to promise on.pain of death that yes we would go straight to accounts after our appointment and pay the bill ..which we did and would always do .The demand for bank details online is in my opinion dangerous and inappropriate.

Have the greatest respect for this Medical Group. From the front desk, where the staff are under pressure however still respond appropriately through to the Doctor I see where I get the best care dispensed with honesty and some humour.

My experience with Hamilton Medical Group has been that they are highly efficient and professional, and I am very happy to have Dr. Susan Robertson as my primary care GP. I have full confidence in her knowledge and approach to medicine and that I can hand my health care to her.

Great doctors, however I'm dropping a star for the below average experiences I've regularly had with certain reception staff. It's also difficult to get an emergency appointment when you don't want to burden the ED.
