Our car ran out of petrol on the highway in the pitch black at night, we aren’t members of the NRMA but gave them a call. They advised they would organise a tow-truck and a call out fee of about $450… NRMA then put me in contact with NicoleFrom Sugartown Service Centre to organise the tow-truck. Nicole advised she would be able to come out for a $350 call out fee and bring some fuel (which she didn’t charge us for) we agreed to this and she arrived within 10 minutes! Nicole and her partner were really helpful and lovely to deal with, we are so thankful they were around to help!

John & Lynn Came to our rescue after the floods, in a state of emergency they arrived within 20 min of calling, replaced my battery and got my car running. Very lovely people who care about there customers. They also lost there shop in the floods. Thank you John and Lynn.
