Ladies were friendly however time management was poor and quality of foils poor. I still have regrowth which i asked for it to be done and a freshen up as it was my day off. Expensive service of 3 and a half hours for a bit of re growth wash, and blow dry did not wait to get my hair straightened as I realised that would take another or so of waiting. Only two seniors and 1 new apprentice hairdresser rostered on a Saturday with a heap of other women waiting. Stefan has really dropped the ball with its service. I will be going back to my hairdresser to ask her to do the job properly and keep with her as she includes cut with the price Stefan charged learnt lesson not angry but disappointed. More staff on would have helped as the women seemed under pressure and you had walk outs. Management needs to step up…

Long term Stefan client and Jill did my hair this time and I absolutely love it so much.. Jill is a beautiful lady and is professional, timely and very good at cutting and colour .I Love Stefan.

I would give them 5 stars for the quality of the work. However, they run very late and everything takes much longer than it should. An hour and a half appointment turns into 4-6 hours. They charge on the high end so respect for their customer’s time should be included too. Quality excellent, time management extremely poor.

Absolutely atrocious customer service...my daughter gave me a 300 voucher for Xmas which I spent getting my hair coloured and cut ... I went back after 3 weeks as the colour was gone which the person agreed that it had not taken as it should have but was told in a very rude way that store policy was that I only hsd 2 weeks after to get a COMPLIMENTRY redo. She was soo rude never go back there. So upsetting especially as it was a gift from my daughter

I had the pleasure of having my curly hair cut by Jacqueline today and she did a fantastic job.I stopped in as I was walking by and was hesitant as most curly girls will understand to let a new person cut my hair but I am very happy.

I have been a long time client at this salon and had received fantastic care when Christine was the manager. I am a 76 yrs old person. On the 20.04.2022 I received the most disappointing care ever. I had to wait a long period of time for my styalist. Right from the start I could see that this was going to be rushed care apparently the styalist was leaving for six weeks.I had a photo to show her and she made no time to speak to me, next thing she had clipper which I thought were just to tidy up the neck area, she shaved the back of my head leaving short thick hair which also has a double crown situation, making this the most disgusting hairstyle I have ever had, the staff in the salon know that I was very upset I tried to be calm as its not in my nature to carry on.The next thing my stylist takes off saying she was going on leave and that Cheyanne would blow dry my hair, she was very caring.I rang the salon about two weeks after and the head office telling them of my experience and they said that I had left it too long to contact them.I have been too upset and depressed to go out. This salon charged me a lot of money for this experience.I will never go there again. If the salon and the head office had been a bit more supportive it would have been a great help.

Excellent! I love receiving my service from Stefan's, the staff are professional and friendly. I feel pampered when I go in there and my hair is always perfect each time! Afterpay helps if getting bigger work done to your hair. Great service!

They care more about a quick $ than they do integrity or return business obviously - which, in a small community that is the peninsular - that is not a great business decision on their behalf. Got quoted $102 for a DRY trim, just the ends off - no wash, no blow dry. Shocking. Jill was delightful, excellent service on her behalf delivering the (shocking) quote to me. Got it done for $30 elsewhere (and it took 12 minutes by the way)
