Through their phenomenal customer service proficiency, they have helped my purchase my first new car! I've been ranting about it to everyone I meet since I first stepped foot in the door! These guys were great! Scott was my salesman and can say him and his team were extremely professional and helpful. Scott was clear and communicative and insured we got exactly what we wanted at a great price. The car was ready after 1 business day from purchase and detailed perfectly without hidden dust or scuff marks like on other cars ive bought.Very pleased with my new car and if you need help, make sure to ask for Scott.

Do not hesitate to have your vehicle serviced at Booran Motors. Con and the team in service looked after my HSV GTS. I had to wait on a part for them to complete my service and they securely stored my vehicle for a week, looking after the car like it was one of their own. Wow, what an amazing and full service experience I had at Booran Holden purchasing a new Holden Captiva. I went to purchase a new car with the perception it was going to be a long and arduous process but Declan was the perfect consultant and made it all very easy. He was informative, prompt, relatable and very professional. Did I mention patient given our first visit included a 1 yr old and 4 year old. He didn't bat an eyelid. The finance process was made even easier with Warren who was extremely swift and very efficient in sourcing the right deal and sending through one email for signature and 10 mins of paperwork on location...that's all!To top it off the car was presented with a giant bow, wine, sweets and a thank you card followed by a very detailed demonstration of all the car features (which I very much needed). I highly recommend Booran Holden. I felt like a premium customer and the car is a dream to drive. Thank you guys! Amazing service.
