Aquaholics Outboard Service

I recently planned a long weekend away on my recently acquired boat. On the day we went to leave the engine wouldn't start. We contacted Andrew at Aquaholics and they told us to bring it in. The found and fixed the problem so quickly! they had exceptional service and I couldn't be happier with the Price.Along the way he gave a run down on all the features of the boat and few hints to make things easier for me. I Can't recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic business to deal with. Had a Mercury 115hp Saltwater freighted to Victoria and arrived safe and sound in one of Mike's personalised crates. Even once fitted Mike has provided fantastic after sales service, when other companies would forget you once once the money was paid, Mike has treated me like one of his long term customers.

Recently got my 40hp 4 stroke Yamaha 200hr service done. Fantastic service. A boat motor must be done by a very competent mechanic. It literally can be a life and death service.. I have total faith in Aquaholics to look after my outboard with total professionalism. Highly recommend them.. I will not being going elsewhere for as long as I own a boat... thanks guys.. good to have someone local we can entrust our boats too...

Excellent service, interested, professional, efficient, thorough, go the extra, can't praise enough. So good to get what you asked for and more without bull and whatever attitudes. Pretty disappointed with the service I received. Was told to wait a week before Andrew could look at it which was fair enough. I stated lots of info about the fact that it had to be water tested and it was agreed that I needed to pick it up after the next week that he had it. Was told it would be looked at in 'the next couple of days' and when I didnt hear from anyone I phoned the day I was supposed to pick it up and next to nothing had been done. They were given an invoice from a previous mechanic stating that a fuel treatment and injector cleaner was previously done and all that Andrew had done was pour half a bottle of injector cleaner in the water seperator... initially he wanted to charge me for it but after reminding him that the other mechanic had already tried a more thorough injector treatment he agreed to not charge me anything.. I had two weeks wasted and I dont have anytime left before I am leaving the east coast with my boat to get anyone to look at it. They knew this and still accepted the job and then couldnt do it in time... feeling pretty stuffed around. The boat is still playing up too...

Had a small issue with our small mercury engine that other businesses wouldn’t even look at for 3 weeks. The blokes at Aquaholics came straight out and were able to fix the issue in 5mins. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

Couldnt be happier with the quality of work and friendly professional service Andrew has provided me. Very reasonable prices and nothing ever seems to be a problem for them. Super impressed.

I have had several boats and motors over the years,all makes and models. I have never received such friendly and efficient service from any other dealer, anywhere., both in NSW and Queensland. I have tried the rest and these guys are the BEST!!!. Regards Peter
