Previous review was incorrect. Not everything is there. There is distinct lack of soap and no hand drying utilities- simply left to dry hands on pants. Good qualities include an overall clean environment and no stench that is present in many other public toilets that I have visited. Though there was the observation of the unsettling low toilets. Overall not horrendous and fulfilled its duty.
