What an absolute rort this crack hole is.At what point is this a pizza? Looks like a toddler made it and it's wet which isn't exactly pleasant.

Stwy away!!! Recieved this from dominos wollongong. The mananger Ritesh is a very rude person. He said it's his policy to ignore customers that are not good" and hung up me. Disgusting"

This dominos is now under new management and 3 times now the pizzas have been disgusting and make you feel sick. There is too many toppings just stacked on top of each other and not spred evenly causing the meat to not be cooked nicely and very sloppy.

Average pizza, I have never seen a worst distribution of toppings in my life. This new management just does not care and it shows with the quality of pizza being distributed from the store. I’d expect more quality from from a frozen pizza at coles. It is a disgrace in the name of dominoes and it is really sad to see where this chain is going.

I went into this store during the week, and ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I was very impressed with the low price. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, perfectly seasoned and juicy! The staff were also very friendly, I have no complaints.

Domino's Pizza Figtree
Since I moved into the area 9 months ago, I’ve had nothing but delivery issues with this particular store. Forgotten or unseen app orders I suspect their issue has been, as more times than not, the dominoes app seldom keeps progress of the order from the Figtree store. Tonight takes the cake. One part of the app was saying ‘your order is being prepared, while the GPS section says your order is being delivered. Then the GPS section changed to ‘give a rating’. This was just a few minutes after pizza was due, according to app. I phoned the store, to be told ‘It’s on its way & it’s just 5 minutes away. 20 minutes later, I hear a car door shut & a car drive away. Went to my front door, where I was sitting just 2 metres away to find my order left there. No knock, no apologies, didn’t even see a face. Appalling is the only way this store is run.

Been going here for years and unfortunately the staff as of May 2022 is quite poor. Seen some recent 2022 reviews and indeed the quality has dropped.Attempted to call today on a Monday afternoon, which logically is a quiet time for a pizza place as busiest trade is evenings. Call wasn't being picked up at all, multiple times over 10 minutes, and a few times i was put on hold. I called both the Wollongong and Unanderra store and they immediately answered. Because i was out of their delivery zone i couldn't order my food from those lovely stores. I kept attempting to call the Figtree store and i was now being met with immediate pick up and hang ups. Quite rude and disrespectful. Whomever was doing this, I understand it's a hospitality job, but that doesn't excuse the sheer laziness i experienced.Note for the manager - Please reconsider the current casual team at this store, as I'm sure there are far better, and more loyal adolescents who would be thrilled to work here and give great customer service. The worker who was doing this seemed to just not want to take my order and make his/her day easier. Pathetic.
