GCB Doors and Windows

Drove to Kingston from Sunshine Coast to collect a sliding door from GCB. Safe trip home but when I went to install the door it had a small manufacturing fault. Contacted GCB and they immediately organised the delivery of a new unit to my address. First Class Customer Service!!! and the new door is perfect. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Full marks. Celine & Team are excellent to deal with. Very professional. Great stock for all my needs, helpful with their knowledge, prompt delivery, and most reasonable prices. No need to go anywhere else if they've got the size of window, door, sliding door, security grilles, security screens needed. Thanks Celine & all : )

Sold a door with delivery confirmed for Saturday which was said your preferred delivery days. Then to find out you sold the door to someone else the day after we confirmed and had no contact to let us know this had happened. We now have an open hole in our wall waiting for said door only to have to call you to see where it was, finding out it wasn't happening. Just terrible service and communication. Leaving us now with a open hole and no door for you say a month. Useless will never use such an unreliable service again.We had email confirmation of name on the door for delivery in writing.The issue is that you had not bothered to let us know at any point there was a problem until we rang to find out there was. Just not right. Poor management and communication

EDIT: Since this was posted, GCB reached out and offered me a refund. To their credit, it was quick and easy, and I thank them for eventually rectifying the situation.Awful communication. Sent a contractor for the measure and quote, but did not inform me that it would be $100 for the callout. Waited weeks for a quote that never came, then was bounced back and forth between the contractor and them when trying to get a refund for a quote I never received. Never received a quote

Excellent customer service provided by Celine and the Team at GCB. The doors survived the trip thanks to careful loading, packing and strapping. No hesitation in recommending GCB for doors and windows. Thanks again. Drew

Celine at GCB was fantastic in helping me get the right door and screens. I ordered a door a few months ago and decided to get another and two security screen's.The door was delivered the next day at a time convenient to me. Very professional and polite.
