We are so happy with our apartment in East Side Quarter. The kitchen is wonderful, and we love everything they are doing with the complex.

My retiree parents bought in Bayview and still pinch themselves every day! The quality of finish in their new home surpassed all expectations

Wholeheartely agree with previous rating-as a purchaser of a house in the Shiyan project the whole process has been a sad & frustrating experience-not like their glossy brochures full of hope but in reality a very poor effort.From building the house differently to the signed contract to lack of communication from anyone at Cabe to no one returning phone calls especially lately to defects still not complete after 15 months to having to wait 12 months for a footpath etc etc.Cabe needs to step up as their website states”Cabe’s commitment is reflected in our acheivements customer focus & dedication to deliver.” This statement has not been the process my husband and I have experienced over the past 2 years-far from it-very disappointed in Cabe Developments.

The apartments at East Side Quarter looks amazing. Looking forward to seeing what other luxurious building features will come in the future stages.

Finished product at Gledswood Hills is beyond poor as part of the Shiyan Project. Defects rectification process is poor with little to no communication post settlement. Struggling to pay their trades for a long time now that have come to site to potentially rectify issues.I’d be concerned and careful with future developments especially around the large developments in and around the Penrith area next to the Panthers club.As a first home owner buyer with a young family it hasn’t been a pleasant experience and I’d hate to say this but I have been patient enough, I wouldn’t go near or think about purchasing with Cabe. Due your due diligence, get building inspectors during the build, prior to build and after handover if you do pursue something with Cabe. Hold them to account at every stage and don’t for a second that a confirmation or a yes means that something will be done.Thank you.

I cannot recommend cabe development to anyone. The house build from start to finish felt like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers.Did not complete as per contractFinishing is bad and not worth the money spentManagement of subcontractors and build is poorNot one honest bone in anyone in that company from top level to bottom levelDefects never rectifiedEntire St of project build has gone to fair trading and it was under the wish of Cabe.Good luck it anyone building with them.

Have recently moved into my apartment at East Side Quarter. The quality and finishes are exactly what I was after. Excited to see other stages go up so that we can use the amenities.
