Made a mistake of previously going to a well known chain for my last few pairs and after the wrong diagnosis, being talked about as if i wasnt in the room and the hard sell, id had enough! What a relief to find this place and to get such caring, personal service and to be made to feel like a person and not just a customer. They spent ages even helping me to find my glasses. My daily headache has now gone as i finally have the correct prescription !!! Thank you!

I was in great hands with Iris, she was very thorough as she explained each step of my eye examination with me.
