Coffee is the best, very consistent.Salads are yummy, especially the pesto chicken yum!!!I’m always received with a big smile and makes me feel a valued customer.

There is nothing I like more than to start the day with a hot coffee. What makes it even better is the friendly greeting and warm smile I receive every morning, no matter how busy the team may be. Suki is amazing! Always calm and efficient no matter the situation.

Great customer service and great coffee! Suki was exceptional barista and manager of the store. She was making coffee and making sure everyone was served with a smile and kindness:) it was busy but she was still calm. I was very impressed and glad to be served by her !

Coffee is good and hot. Service is pleasent. Food looks good but didnt try. The large dining table is very dirty and not cleaned. Covered in crumbs and sticky.

I don't buy salads often, but I did, and a few greens in the Greek salad were browning.. don't say it's fresh food when it ain't lmaooo. Portions are small too.The chicken schnitzel one tasted really nice though, and staff were nice and friendly. If I could rate half stars, 3.5/5.

Nothing is better than my morning coffee everyday made beautifully & always with a beautiful smile. The whole staff at this store are amazing. Always friendly, smiling & wanting to please with their services. They are a wonderful group of people to see every morning to start my day filled with happiness...... great coffee, great food. Nat

If I had paid the full price for a toasted panini and the meat had fallen out of the bread while toasting then I should be able to get a new panini in replacement ( which I did) but I was not impressed with the sarcastic comments said by the older staff (who attended to me) to the younger staff and her comments were directed at me. After spending $62.00, left with a bitter taste in my mouth, I'll spend elsewhere from now on.I have highly regarded this franchise to be one of the best because of their friendly staff but as of today I shall be a passerby! Since your business is thriving, you should have no problem losing a customer...

Very poor customer service. The staff had challenge providing extra cup after getting 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. Top it all it didn’t taste good.

Updated: the owner was very helpful and sent me an e-voucher. ThanksI ordered the same soup (same as in the picture) the next day. I was given a very cold soup. I wanted to spit out the soup and chucked the rest of it. It's awful when you paid more than $10 for a soup and was served COLD. Disgusting!
