Gave you one star only because I can't leave a review without a star rating.Sold us a not fit for purpose matress.Went back only to put up with staff gossiping about us.Oh they offered to give us a great discount on a new matress. I don't think that they realise that they are not a monopoly.Rude, unprofessional and unpleasant staff.Bald guy, lady with the short brown hair and the lady with long brown hair need to realise we are not stupid.

Friendly helpful staff not to mention knowledgeable. Such a variety of stock, something to suit each individual's need and budget. Clean and tidy and well set out shop.

So we bought some beds, electrical appliances and a lounge, everyone was so helpful and we got a great price but the standout for us was that we bought a display model lounge and there was two small leather side pieces missing from the lounge, the boss said he’d try to source some for us and they would be $200 or he may have some at the warehouse that he would just give to us.We expected to pay the $200 but when our lounge arrived he had included them in our delivery free of charge, The delivery guys lifted our heavy furniture up three flights of stairs like it was nothing.From start to finish, Harvey Norman Campbelltown was such a pleasure to deal with and we’d recommend them to anyone.Thank you so very much!

Probably the best and one of the largest Harvey store around the liverpool/Campbelltown area. It has a large range of electronics, bathroom and furnitures including outdoor furnitures, bed and beddings, mattresses, and so on. The customer service people are great too. They would try their best to cater the price as per customer's budget and if you are not satisfied they will try their best to help you return, refund or replace the item. Best place for all your home needs.

My wife had a poor customer service experience in store on Sunday. The first staff member was very helpful and friendly assisting with picking up an online photo order. However finding help to simply get an SD card was ignored by staff. Then overcharged for an item incorrectly labeled- asked by cashier to take a photo of the sticker and bring it back to the counter - again no staff assistance. What could have been a quick and easy shop was drawn out and unfortunately the staff in general were unwelcoming, unhelpful and gossiped about each other.

Ordered photos online early in the morning with 3hr wait time. Drove across town, and popped in later that afternoon, and told they wouldn't be ready yet. Would be fine, if staff didn't treat me with a lot of unwarranted attitude. She didn't even want to check, even though it was just a few standard 4 x 6 prints. Said I would be happy to wait, she said not a chance - come back next week.Was hoping to have them prior to party on Sunday, so now have to try Officeworks, or Kmart, but the attitude from staff was a bit unnecessary.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star!! DISGUSTING customer service. I have never in my life dealt with such rudeness from MULTIPLE staff members over a 10 month period. 4 different staff to be exact, which does not include the manager Leah and whoever else was taking over her emails and responding with attempt to intimidate today.Sold us a faulty lounge. Terrible make. Multiple calls/emails/personal visits only to be dragged on for over 3 months. Inspection was conducted with still no apology even after the report states we were right. This all could of been handled so much better if your staff and management had some courses in customer service and HOW TO ACT LIKE A HUMAN. In the same day we are organising to take our baby to palative care you disgusting people tried to threaten us with refusal to refund which is going back on your word. You have lied multiple times during this time. SHAME ON YOU. I will never forgive you on how you have treated us. A simple apology would of changed this whole outcome. The stress you have caued our already devastated family is unbelievable. Learn from this or find a new career.

We just brought a lounge suite and TV and in both depts the staff were friendly and helpful. Our products were delivered on time and the delivery team were reliable and efficient.

Could have got a 5 but for the smarmy attitude of the sales woman in the coffee machine section on Sunday. God knows why this type gets into sales.Walk over to the furniture sales desk and exactly the opposite. You saved the day Laurie. Well done.

Busying himself in the appliance and technology section is a staff member called David. An exceptional gentleman who will go out of his way to help you with anything you need, a real stand out. Ask for him by name.Oh there are also what I class as 5 star toilets within the store, extremely generous for a retail shop.Wheelchair accessible parking and entryI recommend
