This is the second time that Jarrod has service our van. He arrived at the time arranged and kept us fully informed. The service was completed at the caravan storage yard which was really convenient for us. As we weren't able to be there, he sent us photos of the work performed and the parts used. A great job and very well priced. Highly recommended.

Jarrod provided very professional, efficient and friendly service. He took time to explain repairs and unfamiliar functions of our new caravan. Not only did he repair leaking hoses but also diagnosed worn out anode and assisted with TV issues. He is very knowledgeable and provides prompt service which is great value for money. I first used Jarrod to do a fridge repair on our Jayco pop-top in April 2019. I called on him again recently to sort out a fridge issue with our current van which we purchased late 2021. He came around on the same day, sorted the issue promptly and gave me some good advice about other components of the van that we were still getting used to. Jarrod is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He provides first class service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended

For the second time (2 years apart again i contacted Jarrod re doing an awning repair for us .No reply AGAIN. Try and give work to a local small business and this is the response.No excuses for covid this time just poor customer service.I guess it must be nice to be able to pick and choose your workMade contact around the time covid started re installation of a fan. Jarrod said would make contact with me in about a weekWith covid gave him the benefit of the doubt and let it go.Sent him an email about 6/8 weeks ago requesting he re contact me.Guess what heard nothing3 strikes and your out.

Harrod has been to our house three times. First time to put new valve around water tank and also a week later replaced the hot water heather. Excellent job. The second time Jarrod fitted a new toilet pump and a lot of corroded wiring underneath the caravan. We have an older caravan and It became a much bigger job then anticipated, but Jarrod did not give up and came back the next day to finish it. Again an excellent job done. Many thanks Jarrod
