Caught the 12.57pm 601 bus from northmead shopping centre on the 4/3/2022, the bus driver was extremely rude, didn’t wait for me to sit down and took off aggressively after being beeped at by another driver….very unprofessional, and was very heavy on the brake throughout the trip to parramatta. For supervisor reference the bus number was 9834, and the drivers number is GR 2308. Something seriously needs to be done about these drivers especially with bad weather we are having. I do not feel safe travelling. Only giving one star because it won’t let me give zero.

Since the Metro opened, the bus service is appalling. No parking available at any of the stations either.Our freedom of choice had bedn removed.We are now pushed to the train, like it or not.Bring back the bus to the City i say snd key us decide how we will travel.

The customer service of this company located In Dural and Seven Hills is regrettable and the worse is they know and they do not care. They received a perpetual contract to serve the region. My exchange with this team leader, Renee, was poor. She deals with customers as second rate citizens, answering basic questions of public concern with corporate replies that beg incredible incompetence including when school children are at risk. There is no other department that returns calls complaining about the customer service, one number fits all, and that is it. The public is stuck with frustrating, unhelpful answers, as they do not care. They rather hung up on you than help. This company should have their contract terminated for the public's sake and safety including for school children riding on these buses.I must update this review as 2019, regarding lost property. I have had a good result in relation to the bus drivers and the depot. I must say they are excellent in dealing with people and returning objects. I lost my small leather wallet in the 635 bus and a passenger picked up and left with the driver, who has returned to me on the spot when I met him at the depot. He was so educated and polite plus other drivers too that I think their problem is only customer service. Those needs re-training. The Bus drivers I tip my hat and say thank you!

May I please give a shout out to this wonderful Person at the lost Property in Northmead toady, who not just checked the Computer but even the buses to find my son's wallet. And he did find it! And all with a friendly smile. Thank you so much!

My experience with the bus “service” from Winston Hills to Northmead is not a happy one.The bus that picks up passengers in the afternoon from the Winston Hills shops, the 606, is frequently early depending on the drivers folly.My main complaint is that the 606 “service”, even though not a dedicated “School Timetable Bus”will leave children behind, even when the driver can see kids running to catch the bus. Is this not ethically a problem? I know that timetables can be difficult to adhere to in a congested community like ours, but have we become such an intolerant society that we can dismiss the needs and safety of our young people to ensure a strict adherence to said “timetables”? I’m sorry but that bothers me!!Daniel Morcombe missed a bus..........

Rude and abusive driver.Worst service 661 blacktown to parramatta station on 8 march 2022 bus rego 6013.the driver who is driving this bus in night time is rude, abusive and awful.

Thank you so much to the wonderful bus driver who picked my lost phone up from the bus and the lovely man who passed it on to me at the bus depot!! I hope I didn't cause too much disruption using find my phone sounds in the day, they are so awesome for helping me get my phone back so quickly.
