Great place I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails!

this is the worst nail place ive ever been to. nails were cheap quality and bendy, they were crooked and when i asked for a longer shape they made them way too short and ignored my request. they popped off after a few days randomly when i was doing normal every day activities. they charged me a quarter of the price for a small design on only one nail which was extremely overpriced and before they did the design when i found out the price, i said i didnt want a design anymore and they kept pushing and wouldnt listen and forced me to get it. please PLEASE do not come here. also yes this is the menai place i double checked just in case its definitely menai. not bangor.

SO BAD DONT GO- we went to the menai place on carter road and my friends nails literally fell off after a week and literally ripped half her actual nail off, she was bleeding and the rest of her nails WERE DESTROYED like bloody and peeling. they are so bendy, the acrylic wasnt even put on properly it was all clumpy underneath. the place was really unhygienic. the glue they used was way to strong and they applied it so messily that it went all over the nail bed and edges of the nail so it pulled at the skin and caused bleeding. and they didnt prep my nail at all so they popped off after a few days for me, they barely filed them so the nails were all rough and mishaped and i got french tips which were all messy

I used to do pedicures here before this salon was called “Designer Nails” but the girl named Lily transferred it and changed it to “Alice Nails”. Congratulations Lily. you are doing well. Thanks for doing well for me

I am a long time client of Alice Nails (previously Designer Nails), Lily and her team have always done a great job at my manicures and pedicures. They have a huge range of colours (especially pinks - I'm really fussy about my pinks). Always a great experience - thanx Alice Nails.

Amazing service, beautiful crew. They were very gentle w my nails and took their time with me making sure i liked everything they did. Best place!! Beautiful Workers!!
