TERRIBLE SERVICE, TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE INVISIBLE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE!The Lawyer ignored my calls repeatedly, treated me like a complete inconvenience. For months he refused to answer or keep me updated- then in the end they ended up with over $20,000 and I ended up with a $3,000.My knee is STILL IN CONSTANT PAIN YEARS LATER- I am updating this review so that others aren't taken advantage of the way I was.The settlement wasn't even enough money for one year of physiotherapy and the doctors have said I will carry this injury for the rest of my life now.I really wish I had gone anywhere else, and I mean anywhere. You will be ignored, mistreated and ripped off.

Thank you so much to the Marocchi Law team, and especially Elysia Marocchi. Not only did they provide the legal assistance that I needed, but they also were there for me so that I knew that I wasn’t alone, and helped me to remain positive during such a punishing time.The Insurance Company had initially approved my CTP claim, and reimbursed me for past medical expenses and approved treatment plans. However, once my GP referred me to see an Orthpopaedic Surgeon, and might require surgery, they swiftly denied my claim by saying that there is no way that I could have injured myself this way in the car accident.Thankfully, I already knew David Marocchi, and with the help of Elysia and the Marocchi team, it made the process of dealing with the Insurance Company so much less stressful than if I had to deal with them myself. They were able to help me deal with the delays and the obstacles that the Insurance Company kept putting forth, and also reassured me that I did not deserve to be punished further, just because I had been injured in a car accident.So finally, after three and a half long and painful years, I am now free to have my surgery and begin the long process of healing so that I continue with my life.

I am very grateful to Marocchi Law for pursuing my claim following head on crash at 30km/hr in 2017.Initially I was told my accident was not worthy of compensation!Let me explain…My car was a write off, which was covered by the person’s insurance. I was taken by ambulance to local hospital, extensive bruising and bruised sternum. I was not at fault and was not admitted.I am grateful that Marocchi Lawyers heard me that the impact caused some significant injuries, anxiety and exacerbated existing stress. Wording of warning run far away from these people, they are not professional and will only contact you when it suites them. My partner had a claim ongoing for a number years and in the end settled for an amount of which she received no money. They are meant to be representing their clients but only concerned with lining their own pockets.
