Nex Level Recovery

Recently went to Nexlevel for a session in their infrared saunas and I have to say I’m extremely pleased. The facility is very accomodating and highly professional, along with their staff. For anyone who goes, I hope they run into Brooke as her warm personality, bubbly energy and knowledge on the facility made my experience 10x better.

I had the pleasure of visiting Nex Level Recovery recently, they have so many good facilities that have aided in my muscle recovery. The staff were so friendly and Brooke helped me out with all my needs. Will definitely be returning.

An excellent place to go for recovery treatments such as, infrared sauna, float therapy, Cryotherapy, and many more! It also has yoga and pilates reformer classes.Highly recommended!

I'm really impressed with this place. It has a great vibe when you enter and is beautifully decorated. The customer service is also excellent. I had an experience in my first sauna here where it didn't feel quite hot enough for me. I gave them feedback of what I thought might be the problem. They took my feedback seriously and have made every effort to ensure I had a better experience.I've been to a number of different sauna places, including infrared. This setup at Dural is up there with the best I've tried. The private sauna pod is in a large room with a lockable door (this matters to me as I've been to a few with just curtains for privacy.) The room includes is a spacious change area and a private shower with towel provided. It's the only place I've been that includes a private shower.I am looking forward to trying the other treatments available!

Visited to use the infrared sauna and was surprised by the facility and customer service I received overall.The facility is gorgeous, well kept, professional and has a spa vibe.I was 10-15 min late for my session due to traffic and assumed my treatment to be cut short and yet it wasn’t. I was welcomed in, shown around and treated to the full 45 minute session.Nothing was a hassle and the gentleman who served me was exceptional.Absolutely recommend and will be returning.

You will be shocked entering the facility as I never knew something like this existed in Sydney. Highest quality recovery equipment and techniques, once you try it you'll definitely be back.The staff will recommend the best treatment and check in throughout the whole process.State of the art facilities, this place is unreal.

Can’t recommend enough! Georgia, Abby and Alex always go above and beyond to make sure I’m always comfortable. Very clean and conveniently located next to their gym aswell!

I typically don't leave reviews, however I am compelled to as the entire experience from the get go has left me feeling so positive. A special shout out to Brooke who really made me feel at ease and definitely new her products. I highly recommend this experience. I definatley will be back!

I recently popped into Nex level for a one person session, the team was extremely lovely and accomodating of my needs. I was really pleased and will definitely be going back! Brooke was the lady i liaised with, she had a really compassionate as well as professional nature which made the overall experience 10x better! Highly recommend this place :)
