Swift Lawn and Garden Care

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Utterly dreadful experience. A simple miscommunication regarding the quote erupted into the Swift Lawn and Garden Care threatening legal action for a delayed payment. They failed to quote on trimming a hedge and then later refused to trim the hedge despite an initial verbal request. Reception also failed to provide payment information even after the threatened legal action. The business only has direct debit transfer, no Bpay option. There is no way conceivable that the team would 'go above and beyond,' their approach is absolutely minimalistic and rushed.The maintenance person scalped my lawn down the the dirt in multiple places. I will never use them again. Definitely not reliable and hopelessly terrible communication.
