I love this place. The large space with so much equipment always makes me feel refreshed. I also like the sauna and shower facilities.Exercising with PT Harry is another pleasure. He is really professional and top-notch. If you are looking for the best trainer, I would recommend him without hesitation.

It's good for people who work like me because it's 24 hours a day, so I can go anytimeThere are fighting facilities in the women's and men's shower rooms, so it is convenient to use them after exercising and taking a shower.It is the best facility for me because there are various exercise equipment

Alton was very experienced and a good personal trainer. I saw results after two months. The facilities are very clean and I would recommend this gym to friends and family.

Good equipments for workout, great environment, great music, gym is always clean and all the staffs are very helpful. Alton who is my trainer is always pushing me hard and every other staffs are always helpful. Thank you Maria and Alton.

Hands down best gym. Been a member for 2 years, massive layout, great sauna & super friendly staff ie Maria, Joe & Annie always smiling & helpful on the front desk :)

I have been coming to this gym just recently and have been very happy with it. The are a various equipment options and the place is always tidy and clean. The staff and trainers are super friendly and the gym has an overall good energy. The gym is also 24/7 which makes it super convenient for my day to day schedule.

I travelled to Sydney for work and the team at Auburn Bodyfit were so welcoming and friendly. There’s plenty of good equipment and a huge functional area for stretching and they have boxing bags out front too. The sauna caps it off for me. Will come back here again when I travel to Sydney next.

Been a member here for a few years now, atmosphere is great compared to most gyms, love the size, variety in equipment, classes, lighting and music. The members and staff are quite friendly also which makes a non intimidating gym environment. The only thing this gym is missing is 24 hour access but the staff confirmed the club will go 24/7 in just a few weeks. Cant wait!
