Gloria's Wine

Just what is needed for this area. A nice wine bar. Gloria's fits the bill with its unpretentious fit out but cosy enough for catch-ups and meetings (much better than meeting over a coffee). Not a huge wine list but enough to satisfy most people. And food to snack with your wine is appropriate too.

I didn’t get pictures of our drinks but they were the real stars, even though our appetiser was also absolutely amazing! Gloria’s had hands down the best espresso martini I’ve ever had and I’d return for that alone. The staff are also super helpful and were quick to recommend a wine that I ended up loving too

Had a function at Glorias Wine Bar last night for 16 friends / colleagues. It was just perfect. We have dropped in before as a couple and with a few friends for a drink and yummy nibble (pizzas and share plates great value) , but I have never hosted a function there.Nick and their team went above and beyond to set up our space - 1 of 3 that are available for functions. You know when the vibe is just right? People relax, enjoy interesting wine varieties, yummy food and good company. Soooo easy. I got a beverage package that covered pretty much all tastes (even beer if they preferred) and you can still add on champagne or cocktails if you want to add to the prosecco / rose / other white and red varieties provided in the package. The canapes available to pre-order are really great quality and substantial. Everyone wants to go back, and they are all excited to share the venue with other friends, always a good sign. The place was hoping yesterday, with a DJ playing vinyl. Was a bit hesitant to hear what music would be played as we really wanted to chat and catch up, but it was great background sound that added to the already cool, relaxed vibe. Despite the full house- fantastic to see, as long as we can get in next time!! - we were taken care of so well by dedicated staff. So happy to support a local small business, to have our own cheers" around the corner and cant wait to go back

A super friendly neighbourhood wine bar (much needed in Camberwell, I hear) with tasty little treats to accompany a great selection of wines by the glass or bottle. We enjoyed croquettes as well as some warm olives and a grazing platter and partook in a few negronis just for fun! The advice from the Sommelier was top notch and we enjoyed all his recommendations. There's an open fire in a back room that will be the talk of the town I'm sure... Highly recommended!

Norm was very impressive with his knowledge and attentive service. Had a lovely date night with the Minister of Finance; a delicious pizza, croquettes and smashing lobster roll. Will be back to check out their new outdoor area - aperol spritz anyone ?

My favourite wine bar! They have a broad selection with lots of easy crowd pleasers as well as a few more interesting wines btg. Food is great and perfect for the vibe.

Drinks were not particularly amazing, was thinking of going for a four star instead. But overall, nice and cozy little wine bar, very friendly staffs, I certainly enjoyed my night there! So don’t feel like ruining their perfect 5.0 rating at all. Would visit again.

I’ve taken an easy stroll to this local wine bar a couple of times now. It is cosy, stylish and not too noisy. The staff are knowledgeable about their interesting selection of wines and they make great cocktails as well. The cheese and pate platters are generous and pizzas look great. Great addition to this quiet strip in Camberwell.

Excellent wine bar! The service is always impeccable, with a great selection of good quality, reasonably priced wines. The meat and cheese plate is awesome too. Lucky to have this local! Highly recommend.
