went to the Nambour branch today and it was a very bad experience!to start with a positive, The lady at the desk was super friendly that deserves the one star (I have to give)But the ultrasound lady for my first pregnancy scan was rude, uninformative, rushed and just terrible.I will definitely not be coming back here. Told some of my mum friends and they all had same experience with what sounds like the same lady, she really should be doing less emotional scans like knees or what ever not Pregnancy!!!!!!!

Visits to any health care facilities are not always a thing we look forward to. The staff at this place were smiling, fun and happy. At the same time they were caring and professional in their attitude. It was a pleasure to have dealt with this facility yesterday- i would recommend their services.

I booked in for my first pregnancy ultrasound off the back of my doctor's appointment and referral.Not only was my unvaccinated partner not allowed in to watch the heartbeat of his first child, but Sunshine Coast radiology would not allow me to take the video of the ultrasound home for him to watch - so he didn't miss out.I tried everything to get around this, asking if I can video the ultrasound on my phone, if the sonographer could video it on my phone so she's not in shot, or if I could purchase the video at my own expense.... All flat out No".Whilst I understand the girls at the front are following government guidelines and just doing their job

Lovely staff and experience getting scans BUT my scans were not passed to my GP in time for my results appointment as specifically discussed and promised. Scan was Friday morning and results were promised by Monday afternoon so not exactly an urgent rush request. But now I have a wasted trip to my GP to rebook and the added stress of waiting longer for results. Better management of patient expectations is required!

I had to write and commend Dr Peter Wakefield and his assistant, Nurse Mel. These people were the most kind, friendly and professional team I had the absolute pleasure to have look after me.I was in there with some reservation of the procedure that they were about to perform. It was Paravertebral C/T/L Nerves Injection, CT with surgical procedure.They not only put my mind at ease but helped me put my fears at ease, so as to come through the whole thing admiring their professional care and confirming their confidence, in that they most certainly know what they are performing.Bill Scurry Marriage Celebrant and J.P Qualified.

Unfortunately my wife booked ultrasound here on 07/10/21 . I went with her because she wasn’t feel good. She had some low iron issues anyway receptionist are very good but the lady who did the ultrasound oh my god she was so rude .we from India but she had also accent .I think she was totally racist.she did two ultrasound external and internal.after external my wife went to washroom and I waiting for her front of ultrasound door because she not feeling good that lady came from inside ultrasound s”room and yell at me You !!! can’t stand here !!!! And once my wife came out from bathroom I tell her i will wait for you in waiting are it was totally disgusting behaviour .never ever go back in this radiology.

Last week I had RFN to my back and was extremely happy with the staff here. Nurse Melissa has a delightful way of helping to distract you from the pain. Doctor Paul was very thorough and helpful. Thank you also to the lovely reception ladies who looked after my hubby with a cuppa.

I don't normally leave reviews however in this instance I am happy to. My entire experience from making the initital booking, to arrival and greeting by Nambour Reception staff, to the CT procedure and receipt of scans and report - was absolutely outstanding. Angus Thomas, my radiologist was superb and the only Radiologist ever in my experience to deliver a painless injection process (others have taken up to 14 times to place the canula - Angus got it the first time quickly with no pain at all) The CT scan was quick, painless and a pleasure (if such a thing can be) Thank you so much Angus Thomas for making what was normally a very unpleasant procedure an absolute breeze! Cannot recommend this practice and their people highly enough.
