Best gym I have ever been to, I will be a TF member for life!! Amazing facilities, the instructors are energetic, passionate and care about your form/technique, and really great value overall. I cannot think of anything negative about TF Newstead - I absolutely love it here.

I love the classes here. The place has everything you need if you like going to classes rather then a gym. Also many thanks to Nicola as she helped me out with my membership and explained everything in detail. Much appreciated Nicola!

Been going to Total fusion for nearly 2 years now and it’s amazing. I’ll find it hard to leave if I ever have to. The range of classes are incredible with so many times/great trainers. The facilities are also next level with fabulous showers and Dyson/GHD styling tools. Would love if towels were complimentary, but the fee is low to borrow one.

The experience I had this afternoon is awful. I'd like to try some yoga classes there and the staff said that there was one hot yoga class in a minute. I double-checked with her asking if it's ok to hop in as it probably took me more than a minute to get changed. She replied it's totally fine. When I was about to enter the yoga classroom, I was blocked by a senior staff member saying that since it was my first class at their studio and I was late" for the class (I did get changed asap and was probably 1 min late). This is infuriating. She gave me some lame reasons like the grace period (of accepting latecomers) had passed and since it was my first time here

I visited Total Fusion at Newstead today, I was greeted by the Manager Daina, she was both professional and informative in a manner that could only be described as comforting.There was never a feeling of being rushed or any pressure to take out a membership, she listened to me regarding the list of injuries I was managing and how I like to train and understood them. We were even able to swap some stories about our recovery from injury, as I have never done any form of Yoga, and want to incorporate that into my ongoing holistic health and wellbeing journey, she explained what was on offer in detail as we proceeded to view all the areas for Yoga and other exercise.I look forward to becoming part of what genuinely felt like an inclusive caring environment, and as I understood it from Daina, is part of the owners vision for the business.

Great classes! Would love more evening classes, especially more 5:45pm classes! All the 6pm ones are always booked out :( and if I pay $120 a fortnight for my membership I think I could get free small towel hire….

Came up to Brisbane for a weekend getaway and wanted to squeeze in some yoga. Well that didn’t happen, instead I was met with a casual class fee of $60….. Absolutely ludicrous and so disappointed in this company. Where is the justification for $60, for a SINGLE yoga class?!? It seems Total Fusion is more interested in money, versus the well-being of their guest.

Great but not yet Total..Been going here for almost a year now and is a great functional place for most people who want to stay .. functioning..Has great staff and although facilities are not many for the membership price, it makes up for the variety of classes on offer. Trainers are really nice, especially Shaun and Jamie who really push you to the next level.What's missing is the variety in terms of free weights and timings.Wouldn't recommend this for blokes hoping to make serious gains in terms of muscle but definitely a good place to close the rings on your watch and maintain an above average level of fitness.

Wow - beautiful club on the inside and out: lovely helpful and professional team, excellent instructors match the aesthetics and vibe here. Tried the power vinyasa class which was top notch and there’s a gorgeous healthy refuel bar with yummy things too. Feels like a 5 star hotel but better!
