Even when you greet them with and smile and nice manners they are curt, rude and indifferent to you. Everything seems too much trouble for them. I imagine the attitude comes form higher up. I only go here if I have to collect a parcel now as they make you feel so small.

Lovely service, some people call it slow service but finding a box in a mass of boxes is really hard ya know? Great service, I didn't feel judged when I shared my interest of menhera chan wrist cut warrior. She was very kind.

The Post Office people are OK, usually trying their best. Many customers are just feral. It's become such a problem that Australia Post is running courses for counter staff on how to deal with aggressive customers. Peoples' expectations of what counter staff should do for them, especially in regard to parcels is quite unrealistic . Their demanding behaviour spills over into aggresiveness and is causing a lot of stress for staff. Many Post Offices are losing staff because they don't want to work at the counter at this time of the year.

Went to this store with a faulty phone purchased from Australia Post 6 weeks after purchase as it was faulty. First staff member told me that we had to go back to store of purchase. I asked to speak to a manager who advised me that because it has been more than 30 days it has to be dealt with by the foreign manufacturer. This contradicts ACCC guidelines and is quite challenging for an individual without a phone. I pleaded with the manager who just keep telling me to call the manufacturer. I would avoid this post office at all costs. There are others a short distance away.

Gave my package, a $900 laptop, to someone else because we had a similar last name. Have failed to resolve this issue for almost a week now, no sense of urgency. Also if you are being served by Peter just come back another time, he doesn't know how to work a computer.

Young and energetic people without sensory impairments should be working at places like this. When I go there I want to talk to a 'human being' with basic human skills, not to a malfunctioning bigoted robot.

Most unhelpful and rude staff have come across. Customer service is really poor, everything is too much trouble for them, even feel like when posting a letter you are putting them out!!!If you don't want to work in customer service and deal with people then find a different job!!!
