Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

Just got my shutters installed by Ryan this week and he did an awesome job. The shutters look great and we are loving tem. He was very friendly and professional.However, the communication from the shop can be improved a little bit, as I had to follow up on an order status, probably the lockdowns and covid itself was a huge contributor to this.Looking forward to ordering my two remaining shutters from Wynstan, once other renovations are finished.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I am so utterly disappointed with the service and customer interaction with the Mosman centreMy blinds are already over two weeks late and when I tried following up, I have got no proper updates, no apologies - and worse I am being told off by some executives who couldn’t care less . They have changed installers a few times now. There has been some miscommunication on their end and no one is owning up to it. I have had to follow up multiple times.My son sleeps poorly with light and so I had specifically asked to prioritise my sons blackout blinds. You need to do better Wystan. You have definitely lost a customer who needs blinds in 4 other rooms.

Cameron who installed the double roller blinds for us paid a lot of care in programming the blinds to suit our bi-fold door. He was professional and patient when we ran into an unexpected issue during installation. We much appreciate the time and care he has taken to ensure we were happy with the set up.

I would highly recommend Wynstan Mosman. I've had fantastic service. All staff members couldn't have been more helpful. Specially to mention Supervisor of the Mosman store have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.I can thoroughly recommend Wynstan Mosman. I am a very happy customer, I’ve had such a good experience with Wynstan’s, from making my booking, to having someone come out to give me a quote, it was all seamless.I know there was a 4 month wait, due to lockdown. Which I completely understood, the service I got from Ryan, who installed my plantation shutters was exceptional, he’s friendly, punctual, easy to talk too, professional and did an amazing job at installing my shutters.I’m so glad I went with Wynstan’s, and would highly recommend the company to family and friends.Thanks again for doing such a good job Ryan.

I have dealt with Wynstan a few times now and find they do the job. I understand they have had a few staff shortages like a lot businesses. I did have to follow up on our order and installation date.I would recommend Wynstan and found installer Cameron was very efficient.

Very happy with the blinds supplied by Wynstan Bli ds. The installer arrived at the agreed time and did a good job. He asked questions where appropriate and cleaned up after the job. Happy customer.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed with the service and installation.They have zero communication with us after we made a deposit to get them. When their installation date came, we had to follow up twice every week to ask about installation and never got an answer. It got to a point that it took so long that we demanded a refund. That was the only time they “found” an installation date.Installation was very disappointing to say the least. Wynstan said blinds installation will be “seamless on the ceiling.” Instead they drilled holes on our windows to install big and ugly brackets which is the opposite of seamless, what they promised, show and claim on their website. The installer’s recomendation was “to close the blinds if you don’t want to see the ugly brackets”.One of the blinds was installed directly on one window. The reason they gave was it was the only option because if they installed it on the ceiling, the blinds will be short - which obvioulsy is a measurement and installation error they were trying to cover up.Wynstan ruined our windows. Waste of time. Waste of money. Very very disappointed.

Cameron did a great job of installing my screen door plus he came on time and cleaned up afterwards.
