Lovely staff and service, great venue

Really nice sitting arrangement and dance floor.

A very odd looking reception - layout looks bad. Only 2 waiters working during a 300people wedding thus making the service extremely slow. When the meals arrive it looks awful, tiny and tasteless!

A great place to have a wedding engagement or any party great service and very reasonable prices highly recommend

Do not book here. Terrible table service by inexperienced staff. What seem to be the manager who helped them out eventually was equally as bad, literally throwing food in front of people. If you want bad service and cheap food, this is a place for you.

Unreliable owners who do not honour their word. Countless times said they’d get back to me back failed. We had to cancel my daughter’s henna night due to covid. They failed to pay my deposit when they said they would. Terrible business ethics.

If I could I would give 0 stars for this review! This is absolutely the worst wedding venue I have been too. This reception is understaffed, and the few staff they have are very rude with a miserable look on their face. They are very stingy with the food with very little on the plate. We received chicken and beef for the mains, the vegetables were not cooked hard as a rock and very little food on the plate so do not come hungry to this venue as you will starve. The drinks on the table were warm, and if you ask for ice or a jug of water you have to ask literally 10 times before they actually bring you anything. I think the most disappointing situation was that an guest sitting on our table didn’t receive a plate of main food, and when we advised the staff that there was a plate of food missing for the guest they refused to bring a plate of food, instead approaching the table with a guest list and saying “ there should only be 8 main plate of food and not 9”, and were happy to let the guest sit on the table without food. I felt so bad for the guest as they sat there watching others try and eat the disgusting food. Then individuals from the bridal party had to get involved in order to get a plate of food for the guest. Imagine that, your invited to a wedding as a guest but the staff refuse to give you a plate of food, and you sit on the table watching others eat.....Seriously if you value your money, if you want to have a memorable wedding, and if you want your guests to have a good time at your special event stay away from this reception!!!!!!Worst Place Ever!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
