Flight Centre Bulimba

I can't speak highly enough about Lauren from Bulimba Flight Centre.We were looking to travel to India and her knowledge was amazing. Her suggestions and guidance made our holiday the trip of a lifetime. I was stranded in Brisbane in March 2020 and desperate to get home to the UK. I was originally dealing with Rachel, who was incredibly helpful, trying to find a flight home for me whilst borders were closing down on a daily basis. Lauren has since taken over, and has been amazing and has kept in contact with me. Lauren is so professional and friendly too, and now I have refunds for both my failed flight home and the hotel. I would totally recommend Flight Centre in Bulimba. Very friendly, totally professional and work hard for their customers. Thank you all so much. It has been a total pleasure dealing with you.

I had booked an overseas holiday with Lauren at Flight Centre Bulimba.In March the pandemic forced the cancellation of the trip. Lauren was very professional in explaining what needed to be done to cancel all bookings and thankfully be reimbursed . Lauren worked tirelessly to keep in touch with me as to how progress was going. I am grateful for the time Lauren took to explain and keep in touch so I didn't feel forgotten.I would not hesitate to recommend Lauren to anyone wishing to travel as Lauren has extensive knowledge and experience and a caring calm manner. I am grateful to Lauren as my travel agent.

Aimee has been wonderful to work with. Finishing up my Europe trip and everything has gone so smoothly. She was always there to answer my questions and concerns. The team also gave great recommendations on which Greek islands to visit. I would definitely use them again.

Love planning our holidays with the team at Bulimba, Lauren has provided exceptional leadership and training, and no detail is left to chance. Very thorough and lots of great ideas, hints and tips to consider for exploring our destination. Our most recent break is for our 40th Wedding Anniversary and has been organised by Lauren and once again, nothing is too much trouble, everything was ready for our trip a week before.

We have booked with Lauren and her amazing Flight Centre Bulimba team for all our holidays over the last few years and the knowledge, expertise and friendly customer care is the very finest.Even in the midst of all the drama surrounding 2020 Lauren and her team have been in contact all the way and managed to get us a full refund on our cancelled USA trip.I would never use another travel agency...this one is the best by a mile! ❤

Updated in response to FC reply - I knew you would try to blame the airline hence why I made sure I included in the review that the seat should never have been sold to us as it was a bassinet seat. Your branch in the airport told us this NOT the airline. The airline didn’t “change” our seats, I fly ALOT I know they can do this, FC Bulimba made an error and my husband will be coming to see you to obtain the refunds we are due.We really wish we had booked the flight direct.The service was helpful enough in the office but having paid for exit seats my husband didn’t get them.Upon check in at Brisbane AND Dublin Emirates advised us we couldn’t have the seats allocated and the Brisbane airport branch of Flight Centre confirmed that we had been sold seats we shouldn’t have been as they were bassinet only seats.My husband has a medical condition that means he has to get up and down a lot. Thankfully flight centre at brisbane airport sorted an aisle seat for him on the way out but on the way back he was stuck in a window. I even emailed Bulimba to check that the seats back were definitely extra leg room, and was assured they were. My Husband will be coming to see you flight centre….. he’s very unhappy.Next time we will just book direct. Zero point using this service to be honest.

Organised a trip to Europe through Lauren and super stoked with the decision. Everything was organised in a timely manner and no details were overlooked. We were faced with our flights being cancelled and Lauren promptly organised new flights for us and took all the stress away. So thankful for her professionalism and dedication to making our trip as stress free as possible!! Highly recommend Lauren and the team at Bulimba :)
