Outstanding retail experience. After recovering from a severe foot injury, I learnt a lot about shoes from my visit to Runnulla. Also, my wife suffers from plantar fasciitis. They friendly staff know their stuff! The range in the shop is incredible. Also, great value. Since our purchases, my injured foot has never felt better and my wife can't believe how much her foot has settled down.

Awesome customer service from Sean and Jenny. My first visit to the store many uears ago, Jenny went out of her way to price match on a watch. I have since purchased all my athletic shoes from them because of their knowledge, competitively priced goods, outstanding customer service and their ongoing support of emergency services and the local community.

Amazing customer service. The store didn't have the size of shoe that I urgently needed but the girl who answered the phone gave me great advice on where I could get them in a hurry and even what size I needed. It is so nice to get such great service, even when I didn't buy anything from them. I will certainly be recommending Runnulla to others and purchasing from them when I next need shoes .

The best Sports and Leisure shoe shop I have experienced. The staff are knowledgeable and the shoe selection is fantastic! I left a very happy customer and have designated Runnanulla my favourite shoe shop in the Shire!
