Not happy with the level of professionalism here. First visit as I have just moved to the area. Will do some thorough research, and hopefully find a quality dental surgery. Would NOT recommend!

I'm so glad I have found Master Denture Clinic after trying several other dentists in Hervey Bay. Their work is highly professional but with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Every effort is made to help patients achieve their best dental health. I would highly recommend this business.

I went in needing a filling. Went back 2 weeks because I was in pain and the filling had fallen out. I had an infection. The dentist was rude and dismissive and in the end the Infection got so bad I ended up going up to the hospital and having the tooth pulled. The dentist at the hospital told me there was no reason it should have gotten so bad and that a terrible job had been done on it. Wasted my money. Will never go back. Edited to add in response to management - I was seen under a different surname, and received an email from your practice today asking for feedback.

I had such a great experience at Master Dental and Denture clinic. First time I went, I legit cried in the car not wanting to go in but when I did, the dentist was so warm and caring, he made my experience so nice I had to give him a hug before I left! Today I went back(18mths later), they were so comforting and genuinely cared. The dentist explained my dental work in simple terms and genuinely was sincere in her work. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommended. Alberto and his team are very professional and friendly. My two children had mouth guards made by Alberto and and a dental check by Alfred and both were great with the kids and very thorough. Thank you so much!!

I have just had my upper denture replaced after and unfortunate accident. I went to Master Dental and Denture Centre where l was greeted by lovely friendly staff, l then met Aberto who made my new denture he is such a lovely guy he explains every single thing he is doing and most of all listens to what l was saying l wanted to achieve. My daughter had two teeth pulled out today to prepare her mouth for braces to be put on next week. Master Dental and Denture Centre were awesome! I highly recommend them for their caring, gentle and professional attitude!
