Awesome job by Eddie and his team! We had asbestos removal and a large house to demolish. Took about 3 weeks in between weather events. Site was left clear of rubbish and flat ready for a new house. Eddie kept me updated the entire process and was available to answer any queries. The demolition itself was quick but surprisingly quiet and Eddie carefully demolished the house section by section so as to not damage any of the neighbouring property. Thanks Eddie!!!

Never trust this guy Eddie, Relient Group is the worst company I have ever seen in Australia. If you trust him, pay him money, I am 100% sure you will experience a nightmare. He took $8100money and took all the timber floors and left rubbish and all asbestos on site. They he makes excuse after excuse and delayed the job extensively. Wasted 3 months time. I have to terminate this nightmare, asking for refund. You cannot image this guy said the work he did worth $10150, resulting an additional cost of $2050. Now I have to pay someone else to do the job.He was completely unprofessional. Starting the job without putting fence or sign, then lied someone took his fence. Don’t trust any single word comes from his month. The Health and safety department is involved in to investigate on it.So before you want to sign contract with him, please see my reviews to avoid the terrible experience like me.

We paid Eddie $6,500 as the first stage payment. The only work completed by his crew was to strip anything of value and leave the site for months. Asbestos was removed then left on site. We received constant stories about wet weather and broken equipment, constantly being told we were no 3 in his queue. These same stories were perpetuated by Yolanda in the office who never actually seemed to be there when I called, saying she would get back to me and never did. Eventually we had to cancel our contract, incur legal costs and engage someone else to complete the work at significant cost plus fees from our builder for the delays.

Well price, Job well done in removing asbestos and removing our destroyed house. The block was left clean and level. Eddie and his team are very skilled at what they do. They were amasing to watch.

Couldn't be happier with Relient's demolition of our house. Easy to work with and professional. There were some additional problems with asbestos but Eddie and the team squared it all away with no hassles. Happy to recommend for any demolition work.

Hiring Relient Civil Group to remove asbestos and construction garbage was probably the worst decision I've ever made. On January 29, 2022, Work Health and Safety received a report that many asbestos debris was found on our site and asked me to remove the asbestos. I tried to contact Eddie and told him that the soil he delivered to my site was not clean that mixed with asbestos, which meant that the asbestos clearance certificate he provided to me was invalid. Unfortunately, after I paid him the remaining balance on January 19th, he never replied to any messages we sent. All I can do is continue to ask qualified people to clean up the asbestos that is visible on site. We initially thought it was just residual asbestos on the surface, not a serious problem. After work health and safety left, they did not continue to follow up on this matter. I thought the asbestos incident was finally over. On January 25, 2023, my builder informed me that the excavator had dug up asbestos and that all construction work could only continue after the asbestos had been removed. I again spent $16,500 to remove the asbestos and the site is still shut down to this day. So please stay away from this company, very bad and horrible experience has haunted us like a nightmare for over a year! Do your research before you sign a contract with this company, it will save you a huge loss!

Eddie and his team go above and beyond. Work was perfect, price was perfect, but best of all he went out of his way to look after things I hadn't even considered. Well Done.

Do not trust Relient Civil Group. Constant delays from the very start. Continual excuses and further delays, which dragged on and on and put us behind on our build. When they finally got on site they did not complete the job as contracted causing more delays. There was more excuses and delays before being ghosted. I had to contract another company to finish the job. Never use Relient Civil Group...

Eddie did a great demolition job on our home. Asbestos was removed professionally and safely. Once the site was safe the house demolition was fast and efficient. He removed massive unseen footings for minimal extra cost and has left the site clean and ready for the builder.
