Absolutely appalled at the service I have just received. We own a Rang Rover Sport, it gets serviced from this dealer, it is in limp mode and cannot be driven, I called the dealer and was told sorry

Recently had an issue with my Range Rover Sport which was well past manufacturer's warranty. When the service manager Paul investigated the issue and took it up with Land Rover Australia for me they decided to cover the rather expensive fix. Absolutely delighted with the outcome. Special thanks to Paul, receptionist Jo and the whole team involved in making this repair happen with such little fuss. Definitely going back and happy to recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Scorey, a salesman at Land Rover. I was in the market for a new car and was impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy that Paul showed me throughout the entire process. Despite the fact that I was unable to purchase a car from him due to the wait time, I cannot express how impressed I was with his approach.He was extremely respectful of my time and allowed me to come back and try the car out on two separate occasions. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never once pressured me into making a purchase. Instead, he was focused on providing me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision.I have dealt with a lot of car salespeople over the years, but Paul was by far the most professional I have ever come across. I wish I could have bought a car from him on the spot. Very impressed with the level of service at Pacific Land Rover. The technicians went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue with my vehicle, and even gave it a vacuum and clean prior to collection that afternoon..... Great aftercare service!

I just wanted to send a note to say how outstanding the customer service wasI received today when I brought my car in to be serviced.It was a bit daunting for me as it's the school holidays and I had 3 of my 4children with me so wasn't sure how it was going to go?!I arrived at 8:30am to be greeted by a lovely gentleman (sorry I'm shockingat remembering names!) who asked me if I would like taking somewhere whilethe car was serviced, I asked to be taken to the plaza. He suggested goingin my car with the car seats and again another lovely gentleman (again Ihaven't remembered his name!) drove us to the plaza.I then received a call 2.5 hours later saying my car was ready & would Ilike to just go from the plaza instead of going back to the car garage asthey knew I had the children with me. This was just amazing, and meant somuch to me not to have to mess and go back there. It was a truly thoughtfulgesture that made my day! Well the whole experience really!Then the lovely man brought my car back to me gleaming!!!! We are on watertanks so the poor car hasn't been top of the list! Such a refreshing change from the one dimensional prestige vehicle sales people I've experienced who seem to be more focused on achieving the quick sale and not listening to my needs and wants. I thought I knew what I wanted in a prestige vehicle but there's so much more to learn and when you're paying good money, it's wise to discuss it with these guys as they helped out whether I bought through them or not.
