I have been a member of CFW for 3 and a half years and I love it.A couple of years earlier I joined gym that previously occupied the same location. They took my money, demonstrated a few moves, gave me a program and sent me on my way. After that day not one person ever assisted me again. I wrote it off as everybody needs one wasted gym membership in their lifetime."Fast forward a few years with that membership down drain and nothing to show for it

Excellent coaches who have a vested interest in everyone who attends their classes. WODs are personalised for individual ability and the coaches will you know you by name after your first session. The welcoming environment makes working out easy for people of any ability.

First started at CrossFit here doing free partner WODs on Sundays last year, I was hooked after a month and left my globo gym. Totally changed my life, I'm fitter, leaner and stronger due to the coaching methods and program. CFW is a complete community, friendly atmosphere, great coaches.
