Reynella Family Care
I’ve been going to RFC for years. They are constantly under the pump with a high number of patients. They do not have enough drs to service the high demand in patients. I have never had an issue with RFC and how they have helped me with my medical concerns but the government really need to pull their socks up and allow these guys to hire more doctors! Cannot recommend rfc enough though!

Always fast, polite. Sometimes hard to get see my doctor. But today it was like winning the lotto. Able to get appointment and did not even sit down before called in. They are busy as they are a great practice.

It's hard to find a good Doctor who cares these days. My family have been seeing Dr Vira Chawtur for years now. Such an amazing Doctor that has gone above and beyond and my life's in a better place because of her. Forever grateful. Staff have always been very helpful too.

Great doctors and receptionist always providing a great service to the needs of their patients. We need more doctors at Reynella family care, the staff at the front desk like Georgia seem so happy and bubbly.Must be a positive work environment, Highly recommend.

Fantastic visit today. i noticed some new staff and many happy faces. Our regular Dr. Chawtur has been fantastic. We have been going here for 5 years now. Very happy.

Our family has attended here for more than 5 years now and have always found staff to be thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. Our Dr listens and is wonderfully compassionate person. They have a range of ancillary health professionals available for appointments as well.

I have found a Doctor, that meets my immediate needs and maintains good relationships with the broader team that deals with my unique auto-immune situation.Medicare is broken, Doctors are in short short supply everywhere but the surgery tries hard to accomodate pensioners and those on welfare.We are aware of the serious shortage of doctors and ancillary care, but as mentioned above we have conditions that sometimes need immediate attention. Signing a petition to address the serious shortfalls is a small thing one can do, but if we all follow suit it will become a large and loud direction to government what is required in our neighbourhoods.
