We had a Bond Clean. They came very late and only after we hounded them, did a mediocre job, and when asked to come and address the things the R.E. identified as unsatisfactory, they made 2 appointments they didn't keep which they didn't tell us they weren't able to keep, had to chase it up over and over, and ended up not getting the job done in time for exit inspection. Really poor form, and really poor communication.
