GEE Recovery Erina is easily accessible, provides a great variety of high quality equipment and allows you to enjoy a full relaxation experience. GEE recovery for me was the best recovery centre i have attended, catering for all individuals, not only athletes or highly active people, it can be used by anyone, with the super helpful staff providing information on each recovery option along the way. The hot/cools combined with the compression boots reduced the muscle fatigue and tenderness within my body almost instantly, allowing me to be back performing at my best the next day. GEE recovery is a great choice in providing your body with the essential treatment and relaxation care you need after a long day at work, a stressful week or just what you need if your body is feeling flat.

Great organisation. The staff were friendly and informative and made me feel welcome. I was a bit nervous walking in for the first time since I really had no idea what areas of the recovery centre would be most beneficial to me but they took the time to talk to me and understand my situation and guided me every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

There is no better recovery clinic on the coast, not only is the team at gee recover Erina professional and helpful the premises are clean well and always well maintained i left there feeling a million bucks !
