Great service. Only way they could improve is by remembering to call clients when the glasses they’ve been waiting for have came in.Would like to see a wider range of brands but I know this is not always possible with limited space.

Very helpful staff who were patient and professional. Vast array of glasses frames at reasonable prices. I was impressed by care shown and detailed explanation of my sight assessment. New glasses arrived quickly.

(Would give zero stars if I could)The optometrist took less than 7 minutes to conduct an eye test, after which he simply wrote down the script from my previous eye test - from more than 3 years ago because he said they were probably similar enough". After I had explicitly told him my current glasses are more than 6 years old

Extremely disappointed in the lack of care I received from this store. Their optometrist grossly over-corrected my vision. I naively believed it was my eyesight getting worse. It wasn’t till almost a year later when I had my eyes tested again that it was revealed to me the last optometrist had miscalculated their original correction. Nothing was done about it. I felt unheard and unimportant when I spoke to the store manager about it. They obviously have an abundance of customers because they showed no care to/of me at all.

Found it challenging today. When I collected my glasses the sales guy was not hearing what I was saying. For example the safety glasses were loose. Safety glasses can not have lenses replaced. They must be bought new as an entire unit. His comment was they must have been loose when I dropped them off.When I tried on my prescription glasses with replaced lenses, I explained they were firm when I dropped them off, now they are loose. He informed me they were loose when I dropped them off. I repeated myself. He repeated himself. When I stated your not hearing me. He stopped and listened. It's really disappointing of Specsavers.

Great friendly and approachable staff make the experience positive. The only downside is the process for orderingThey have confused the 2 for 1 order twice now, instead of getting two different frames they have produced the same frame twice. This happened with my partner a month ago and then with me last week. They were open to redoing the second pair at no cost to me l so all good and I'm happy... just hoping that they look at the process for ordering for future customers.

Specsavers in Northcote Plaza, are really good. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the store. As I live locally I sometimes go on in to get my glasses tightened and it is never a problem for the staff to adjust.
