They simply do not pick up calls of existing customers. While signing the lease, agent did not answer and return any of the calls after making holding deposit.After signing the lease, Property Manager does not return any call or respond to the emails. There are repairs pending for more than a month and they just simply do not care.I have never seen such incompetent rental agency in my last 5 years of renting in Sydney.

Purchasing our first property, the experience with Felice was exceptional. After meeting at the first inspection of the listing he provided great communication over the weeks up until auction. We appreciated his upfront outlook on real estate, as he gave us his honest opinion of the market, the current opportunity and his experience within the area. Felice was quick and responsive to our calls, particularly as we had many questions for the process. I'd recommend Felice for future work.

He's a star. Felice knew my building very well (had sold several units there before) and positioned it perfectly. We got $15k OVER the asking price, largely due to his patience in showing it to potential buyers. Several sales fell through, but he resisted low ball offers and persisted...luckily for me. His style might not suit everyone, but it worked for me - direct, funny, and kept communications regular but short. None of the fluff that I've found with other agents.

Reassurance & support when I needed. I was purchasing my first property and I did feel some surprise to receive so much support with the vendors agent. However, throughout the whole process Felice patiently answered all my questions and provided additional information and guidance well after the agreement was signed. The whole process went very smoothly and a part of that is due to Felice's assistance in liaising with the vendor to have us both have a positive experience.
