Realtair (previously AuctionNow)
We have used AuctionNow for a couple of years and it is an effective platform for agents as well as buyers to still transact to buy properties during these extreme times of lockdown. We have managed to sell some wonderful homes in lockdown using this platform including a property in the $5m plus range as well as 1 bedroom units in the $400k range so it works for all property types.

Auction now has helped us in so many ways. We will continue to use it going forward as our online auction plat form. It make registrations, online bidding and electronic exchange of contracts easy. The team are always there to help and it's all very straightforward.

We utilise the AuctionNow platform for our auctions, and have found it instrumental in allowing buyers from all areas to participate in auctions that they would not have normally been able to. Our core market is a little over two hours from Sydney. Having the ability to allow Sydney purchasers get involved in auctions without being physically present, both buyers and sellers can be assured that transactions occur smoothly.Easy to use, and plenty of support if required. We've been an active user of AuctionNow since March 2020. We see ourselves using AuctionNow well into the future.

This is a great platform, very user friendly and has been invaluable during this period where we have not been able to conduct onsite auctions. We will continue to use it even once the restrictions are lifted.
