Went at point Cook store on 25/11 the lady was rude ..asking for vaccination cert for 11 year old ... because my daughter is tall ...Had to explain that it's not mandatory yet for under 12 ..been to other stores didn't had any problem but some people are like to be /Karen"...came back without getting anything because of bad experience.."

Mother inlaw, who never has a bad word to say about anyone had a terrible experience in the point cook store, and was actually upset how rude the staff were to her. Absolutely disgusting service.

Their sizes are wrong .I placed the order online ,all xl sizes not knowing that the sizes delivered will all be of extra small fitting . Upon going to the store they refused to refund /exchange . So here I end up wasting my money as they are no use to me . Stay away from them due to bad customer service , wrong size and refund policy even if they were ordered online . Not going back there ever again ..
