19/01/23 update - sadly my cat passed away. I don’t know what happened but he was taken to your vet for a check over because there was blood in his stools and other things. I was told he was fine. I wish I took him for a second opinion to receive the help he needed. No bloods were taken, no proper examination to declare him well. Sadly your team failed us, and my old boy wasn’t fine. My cat wasn’t done here on this earth, he needed treatment and if the vet did his job properly my Borris would be here alive with me.Had an appointment with Dr Dario today, told him my old cat was having issues with his sight and will walk straight off the table. My cat on the table walked over to the dr on a section of the table I couldn’t reach and Dr Dario let my cat walk straight off the table and land face first into the ground, it was a bad fall and I was in shock at what had happened! I complained to the receptionist before leaving.The fact I had just told him that my cat will walk off the table and he doesn’t put his hand to stop him or anything. Definitely not happy, my cat is old and fragile, he could have been seriously injured, what would happen if he landed wrong and broke his neck!

the vet we consulted, Dr Kylie, was very helpful! she offered lots of insight for why our rabbit wasn't eating properly and what could be done for her as well as recommending other preventative measures regarding sicknesses that commonly befall rabbits. the consultation was relatively affordable in my opinion as well.

Lovely, friendly and polite staff. And follow up phone call the next day.Highly recommend this clinic.

Very happy with our dog’s dental work and the love and care she received. Also took my cat there with a bad cold and she responded well to the prescribed medication and is back on track.Both pets enjoyed their visit there and I highly recommend the staff here and their kindness and compassion.

I have been going to Vetwest Rockingham since they took over our local vet,although I am not a regular my dogs have had all their treatment done there,unfortunately my last appointment was my last appointment which actually didn't even happen! I had rang the same number I always rang to book my dog in for an issue with his ear which he has had before, we all knew what medication he needed but unfortunately they had to diagnose him first. On the day of the appointment I actually finished work earlier but decided to ring to confirm the time if the booking, as it turns out they had booked me into a different clinic 20 kms away at 3pm ...no chance. They compensated me by putting me on the cancellation list, this was a fortnight ago; I'm still waiting!

((URGENT READ THIS BEFORE USING THIS VET CLINIC))I have a foxterror that had something go wrong with his right leg the whole knee is twisted and his foot points on an angle outward so booked him in to vet west to find out what happened and get it fixed. My wife took him to the fisrt check with was about $180 and they had know idea what was wrong and told us we would need xrays witch was fine so booked him in for the appointment for the xray a couple of days later we took him in for the xray with cost $1200 so after we had the xray done they still had no idea what was wrong and needed to send it off to the experts and we were asked to pay more money to to have them look at it quicker so we paid the money... 3 week later we hadn't heard from them so i decided to ring them the first phone call i made they bearly new who i was untill i informed them then they proceeded to tell me that the veterinarian that was dealing with my dog had left and had not sent the paperwork in even after we paid the xtra and then we were told they would send it in and they would get back to use tomorrow... 3 days later that rang and told me the experts had now idea what was wrong with his foot and i would have to repeat the check up and repeat the xrays at my own expense so in the end i paid $1600 to be told they had no idea and got no further help other we can sell u some more pain killers.. i feel discussed at how i was scammed by them trying to help my little.boy and now will have to find somewhere else to take him to get him fixed so thanks and by reading this i hope you dont make the same mistake i made trusting vet west

Went to get my dogs nails cut as part of the Care package for the second time and three of them combined couldn't manage it. Rather disappointed to say the least.

started off well until covid hit. could hardly ever get an appointment. request for discount on care plan met with excuses, defensiveness and aggression. a year later still couldnt get an appointment. i started to lack in payments and received a silly amount of notifications to pay. a slight bit of compassion at first. feedback given to the financial team and the manager and staff in store met also with defensiveness and aggression every time. in the end the manager rang me declining any service across all vetwest branches in wa. is this how you guys deal with feedback. im glad of the outcome and good luck getting your money. you dont deserve it now. good luck on your future endeavors

Staff are great very friendly and great with our dogs. Abit expensive compared to other places

Used to be very good and good value for money with the care plan I had all 3 of my pets under. Now we struggle to get any appointments, we have to chase up regarding care plans etc.I called asking for my dogs previous vaccination Certificate as my wife and I recently moved and I could not find it and needed it urgently. They informed me they had no vaccinations on file at all for my dog so we booked him in at the earliest appointment we could make even though we knew he had a vaccination with them, but couldn’t remember when. My wife took him in (as I was still at work) and we wanted him vaccinated. He had the appointment, with no prior checking from staff, and my wife was then charged full price AFTER he had the injection because you can only get an injection once a year on the plan, and we were still within the year.Turns out they had made 2 profiles for him and his vaccinations were under the other profile . Very disappointed to be told this in a very blunt manner AFTER the appointment, otherwise I would have said no and cancelled the appointment. Have cancelled his plan and will be pulling all 3 from there. Make sure you confirm with staff about costs before you go in and avoid paying for their mistakes. Especially in the current economy we find ourselves in.When cancelling the plans through their website we were told they would contact us to confirm and we had to call up the day before it was due to auto-renew to make sure it was definitely cancelled.
