Absolutely appalling service. No customers, three staff, music loudly playing so at least they were having fun. Couldn't have been less helpful when they finally deigned to speak to us.

Staff is always great and helpful, couldn’t ask for better people. But Telstra’s bureaucracy makes it difficult for customers and workers to operate. I’ve since switched to Optus because of this jagged system which the hard workers need to follow.

Great service. I went to change my sim card today as my current one didn't fit my new phone. I didn't have to wait long before being served. The young lady who served me was great and knowledgable. She finished the process (and of course, check my ID to confirm I'm the owner of the number) and even offered to put the new sim in my new phone for me. All done fast and with friendly service.

Specially with Charles who had been providing exceptional & professional services since we became Telestra customer in Rowville shop five years ago.Charles is a plus for us to stay with Telestra too!

I had no hesitation to give 5 stars service to the Hawthorn shop staff especially Charles. Though I bought a I -Pad in Knox city with Charles more than 2 years, he still patience to solve my technical problem if any and also co-ordinate with technical service team for my home internet removal . His after sales service is excellent and awesome.
