Craig was very prompt to respond to my request for help. He gave good advice to replace our fused pool pump and followed up with a prompt installation. We are very happy with the new variable speed pool pump which is super quiet. I was also very appreciative of Craig’s down to earth relatable customer service approach. A pleasure to do business with.

Our pool filter jammed on backwash. It was a Friday morning when I discovered the problem. Our pool shop could not send one of their service people out until the Monday. Contacted Craig and luckily our house was on his route from one job to another. He called in and was able to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable cost. He will be the first person I call if I have any further pool issues.

We called Craig late on Wednesday to see if he could fix our pool pump. Our regular pool shop was not going to be able to even look at it until the following Tuesday or Wednesday, even if we disconnected it ourselves and took it into their shop. Craig came out on Friday morning - New Year's Day - and fixed the pump quickly and easily on site. He was prompt, polite, professional, knowledgeable and affordable.

Craig from Dynamic Pool Services provided very promt and professional service, finding a time to fit me in the next day because I had an unplanned issue. He was very knowledgeable on what’s a reasonably complex domestic system and was able to troubleshoot and isolate the issue and had the replacement parts on hand to conduct the repair. His communication was excellent; prompt in replying to communications, letting me know what time he’d be around and when he was on his way, and communicating with me about the issue while I was at work. This communication and service is a real point of difference from experiences I’ve had with other service providers. This was my first time using Dynamic Pool Services and I’ll be using Craig into the future. I’d highly recommend them.
