Garage doors fall off, doors aren't flush, paving not done properly, landscaping design poor (outdoor unit of aircon faces directly into the back door, not the brightest idea), cracks in garage floors, walk-in robe cabinets just fall off walls, bathtubs are just sitting on bricks and not in actual frames, just cheap and nasty. You'll be spending money on fixing your house within 12 months of handover rather than the 10 year builders guarantee. There is no responsibility taken by themselves to get stuff fixed, still waiting for stuff to be fixed that was pointed out by the 'head builder'.

Allianz insurance company referral my insurance claim. To HPG. It’s been more then half year half of thinks that they fixed is not completed. The trade worker with no experience.

I bought new townhouse almost two years ago. My range hood broken, I don’t have the model number go through warranty.I came HPG.Very friendly staff in reception. The lady very busy but first time solve my problem.Go this office room go that room. One lady from office She give me the model number and tell me find someone else.Thank you so much!
