I have purchased beautiful flowers from this florist for gifts and for the altar and caskets of funerals.All of the floral gifts and plants from there that I have personally received have lasted longer than those from other florists.I always receive kind, caring attention for whatever circumstance I need flowers for.

Lovely little florist in the Gap village. Staff were very warm and welcoming with Covid safe measures in place. I would recommend and use again.

My husband came home with flowers today as I had a bad day but was disgusted to hear how he was treated by the store. He wasn’t even allowed in the shop to pick me flowers, he had to look from the glass door, then once he selected the flowers she made him pay wave through the glass… then told him to stand back from the door like a diseased human while she placed the flowers outside. What a disgusting and degrading way to treat paying customers. If you’re so scared of a cold don’t work in a retail shop - go online only or pivot your business to customers who want to be treated virtually and not in person. I told him he should have not bought the flowers as I will not support such poor customer service. This behaviour has gone too far and I will never support your shop again. Since when has it been ok to treat other humans with such disgrace? We have purchased from you guys a couple of times and as Gap locals we will never support you again.

Received beautiful flowers from this shop as a gift. Great customer service when delivering them as well. Would recommend. Lasted nearly 2 weeks, even in the sweltering heatwave.

I will not use this florist again. While the covid safe measures are commendable, this means you pay at the door without viewing the types of flowers you would like. I just wanted a wrapped bunch and asked for something for $40. The flowers were very disappointing. I'll be shopping next door at ALDI for flowers in future.
