Kirsty Smith at HR Staff n Stuff has been helping us since last year (during pandemic challenging time) with building our team culture, refining policies, assisting in recruitment and supporting performance coaching. Although Kirsty works remotely in WA (in different time zone), she always promptly assists us when we need support. She provides us with valuable advices including recruitment, drafting employment contracts, and salary packages. As a small business owner, we know there are a number of gaps in our business operations. One of our best decisions as a business was to engage HR Staff N StuffSophie is literally a miracle worker. From the moment Sophie arrived she quickly understood our needs, developed a plan and was tenacious in actioning the plan. The support that the team gives each other means we didnt pay the cost of someone to fix some things but we invested in a team that took us where we needed to go. Not enough adjectives to describe the positive effect that Sophie and the whole team have made to our organisation. Well worth the investment.

Very happy to be a part of a business that's been associated with Deb and her amazing team at HR Staff n Stuff for approximately 10plus years. In fact, Deb Peppard, interviewed me for my original position within the company, 9 years later I am still here so their recruiting is spot on! Deb, Sophie and the team are never far away to assist us with our HR Related Tasks.
