I had a horrible experience using this service. I paid before using the bin. After the bin was picked up, they sent me another invoice. I tried to explain to them that I already paid and provided the evidence.I ended up paying DOUBLE the amount the original price. I am writing this to warn people who are considering hiring bins from them

Very poor service. I booked a bin and paid in advance. It didn’t arrive on the day it was due to be delivered and I had to call to follow up. I was advised that they couldn’t deliver it after all. A phone call beforehand would have been nice as I then had to scramble to find one from elsewhere. Completely useless.

Called Cali from budget bins. Needed a bin out urgently as another company fell short leaving me without a bin for 24hours and two workers standing around. Great service and reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend!

From the moment Cali answered the phone this was the easiest experience ever. She explained everything clearly and was really helpful. The truck driver was lovely and explained not to overfill etc. I highly recommend this company for fairness, affordability and friendliness. Thank you.

This company has been extremely helpful and quick to drop off and pick up, not to mention that they also offered the best price. They said they would arrive between 7-10 and the driver who dropped off the bin was there at exactly 7:00 and went through all the trouble to load bin in my driveway. Overall a great service ! Thank you!

Just had a skip dropped off in the freezing cold rain but the driver took the time to double check everything was where I wanted it, was able to get into a driveway like a PRO - Great service great price can't wait to throw out all my old JUNK!

Hello, just got a skip from this company (Budget Bins Canberra) and the service was excellent. Friendly advice, immediate delivery (on a Saturday!) and the driver was very careful not to damage the street trees on the verge when positioning the skip. Also, the skip was removed as soon as it was full. The pricing was very good too and extremely competitive. I fully recommend this business, it's such a relief to see that outstanding service is alive and well in Canberra !

I have used Budget Bins twice recently in preparation for moving house and downsizing. They were great, the driver was careful about his placement of the skip to ensure there was no damage to driveway, trees, or carport - and he was so friendly. The skips came in a variety of sizes and were very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Budget Bins Canberra to everyone.
