Australia Post - Slacks Creek LPO

Atrocious customer service received at this post office. Two ladies who served me (one of them I think was in training) were bitter, rude and unhelpful. When I asked questions I received blunt answers and no assistance. A real shame because my experience with Australia post in the past have largely been positive and the people who work there are always friendly and happy to help but not at this post office. Go elsewhere, will be making a complaint.

A bit disappointed that i have arrived to collect a parcel, only to be told it is not there (even though i have a collection notice) told to call the 1300 number for Australia post. Did this only to be told it is at the Slacks Creek PO. Have tried to call back to confirm but the phone lines are disconnected. now have to make the trip back in the hope my parcel is in their office somewhere.

I check my mail box at Slacks Creek around once per month. The last three times I have received mail in my mailbox that does not belong to me. Three times now I have complained and asked them to be more careful. The response twice has been it is because of training staff, the last time, this morning, a reason wasnt given. In this day and age of identity theft, why am I, and other customers who pay for a mail box service not receiving our own mail, but also having our personal information treated without care? It has happened before and I have simply returned the mail, but after three complaints, it seems they just don't care and I wont bother to renew the service.

Tried calling for days and line was busy every single time. How ridiculous.

This Australia Post is so different from the rest. It’s completely rogue and doesn’t even come close to resembling the franchise. It’s small and I feel like they just do their own thing. They never answer the phone, so why have one? It’s pretty disappointing. The worst part is that we have to come here regularly because our deliveries always get sent here. Wish we could have a better local Australia Post.

I have (had) a PO box here because I am never home to accept parcels. They now are not open weekends and I have to take a day off to get my mail. Try calling multiple times throughout the week and never answer!!! Take a bit more care knowing people are trusting their mail to you.

Useless staff lazy and rude. The women there is Very Rude Lazy and guy is lazy and rude. its the only Post office I have ever been the where they speak down to you worst customer service staff ever. maybe you should sell up and do something else. Could not even turn around and have a look in the bag of parcels for mine told me to come back tomorrow Just plain LAZY and USELESS

Would recom best passport lodgement service in this area. I have been to several other post office to do lodgement where They just point out issues and ask me to go back fix it.Staff in this post office has good customer service attitude and are willing to help me with the lodgement. Not only point out issues but also help resolve them. I got my passport in less than two weeks. Great job.

Used to be a great post office but now so slow with only 1 young staff member who tells everyone I will need to check with my boss she starts at 12. Well boss lead with example and be there for all hours not when it suits you. 1 staff member cannot do everything as we all found out. Your business run it properly and provide good fast service
