Sent my wife in for a couple of tyres and got exactly what I had previously discussed with store. Sent my daughter in a couple of days later, after again contacting them for a price, and 'extra' charges and service were added to the bill (tire disposal, which was included in wife's price, and a front end alignment that APPARENTLY, I had asked for!). Will not be going back as they seem to have taken advantage of the situation. If you need to do some shopping or visiting in Melbourne, you will get the same for half the price. 'Shop local' they said! Why? I said.

I had my wheels balanced and rotated here today. Before the service my steering wheel was straight as an arrow and after it sits a way left (still steering straight). I enquired about this to the mechanic and all he said was that this literally cannot happen, didn’t mention whether I need an alignment or not, no tips or wisdom to do with tires, just “Literally cannot happen mate”. I rotated my wheels back and it’s straight again.That’s some poor service and integrity by Bridgestone Bairnsdale.

They may sell tyres but they are no service.They are dismissive, rude and offer nothing in the way of an apology for being over an hour late and then ridiculing my wife for mentioning it .Last time she went in they made her lift a tractor tyre in by herself.They have lost me.
